Good for these old bones!
I like these calcium tablets by Webber because they are easy to swallow. They have a sort of silky finish to them which I find makes them easily swallowed.
Some people have mentioned that they are large but honestly they are the same size as any other manufacturers calcium or multi vitamin. Trick to swallowing them down is to make sure you take a sip of water BEFORE you swallow them and if your nerves are feeling frazzled try taking a couple of deep breaths to relax you and your throat first. Hope this helps!
