Im trying to cut back on caffeine and think is really helping, My memory seems to have really improved too!! i take 2-3 a day spaced out seems to be the best way to take it to see real effects like extra energy and focus.I just came back to order another bottle.:)

Good bye hot flashes!
I purchased this to help with my hot flashes due to peri menopause and for a boost in energy. While I don’t know how much more energy I have, my hot flashes have all but stopped. I am not the best at remembering to take this three times a day but even twice a day has helped. It did take a few weeks to kick in but once it did, I felt significant relief. Make sure consult your doctor before use since it is not for everyone.

Good Product for Sustaining Energy Throughout the Day
Our daughter suggested this supplement as one that, as we're both over 60, would help to provide us with sustained energy throughout the day. Certainly, that has been our experience obtained by taking only one capsule per day. We have experienced no adverse effects and so found it to be well tolerated.
