Each naturally flavoured gelatin-free gummy contains 50 mg of omega-3s including 8 mg of eicosapentaenoic acid (EPA) and 42 mg of docosahexaenoic acid (DHA). They offer a fun way for children to get their omega-3s.

The smell is very strong as is the taste. The kids would not eat them...and me neither :)

The smell is overpowering. But if you dont smell before you chew it, the kids dont mind it. And even ask for it.

Tastes like orange peels
This is hard to rate, because they deserve an award for making an omega-3 gummy that doesn't smell or taste like fish. But I don't find the flavor enjoyable. Myself and my son both dislike it, but my wife enjoys it.

My daughter LOVES the taste!
One of her favourite Sesame Street vitamins (and she has tried almost all). I don't have to remind myself to give them to her - as she is always there to remind me! lol! She absolutely loves the taste.
