Coenzyme Q10, Ultra Strength, 400 mg is uniquely formulated to provide optimal amount of CoQ10 to support healthy nerves, muscles, and cells. Coenzyme Q10 is used to treat a variety of disorders related to suboptimal cellular energy production, oxidative (free radical) damage, as well as treatment and prevention of cardiovascular disease.
Recommended Dosage: (Adults) 1 softgel daily preferably with meals or as directed by a physician. Use for a minimum of 3 months to see beneficial effects.

The right fibre 4
I found it dissolves better if I add the powder to the water and shaking it in bottle works best. It’s been working great for me.

Much eaasier to take than other products I have us
I have been using Fibre 4 for over a year now and have happy with it. It is not flavoured and dissolved easily if gradually added to a large glass of water while mixing.

Dissolves great!
I just read through the reviews and was surprised that so many people had trouble with it desolving. I poured it into my single dosing cups and then added to water. 2 scoops dissolved in 30 seconds. No flavor at all. My water is still water and that is awesome! Can't comment on the effectiveness as I just drank my first cup. I'll update later if I remember.

Easy to swallow
I take 1 softgel along with another soft gel of natural Factors' PQQ-10 (PQQ 20mg with CoQ10 200mg) since my fertility doctor prescribed me 600mg of CoQ-10 per day. I used to take 2 of Swiss Naturals' 300mg caps but their capsules often had hurt my throat as I swallowed them down. So I was looking for some alternatives and I'm glad I found this product. These softgels are really easy to swallow along even with other big softgels. I will definitely buy this again.

Helpful but doesn't really dissolve
Glad I found this product. It's true that it becomes clear but there are lumps that don't mix into the water. It is challenging to drink it down with all the globules floating around in it. Is there a way to get it to completely dissolve?

Great tasting vitamin
My daughter really enjoys these vitamin gummies. The gummies come in orange, peach and lemon flavour and they all are delicious. The gummy texture is chewy but doesn’t get stuck in your teeth. They are made with good quality ingredients and I like that they don’t have artificial flavours or colours. My daughter would probably have more than one a day if she could!

1. Have room temperature water like water bottles leave it for everyday, if you plan to use with your cup.
2. 1-scoop of powdered into cup. Then pour your bottle room temp water into the cup. Then stir then drink and enjoy. This how it works for me and i have zero clups uts because people use cold water it doesn’t desloves fast.
