This stuff is fantastic! I use it on my face. Other reviewers are right that it is a very thick cream, but I find that for my dry skin, it works really well. My skin is also prone to breakouts, but this stuff does a great job of moisturizing my skin while not clogging my pores.

I purchased this product as a full body lotion (ie to use on my arms and legs mostly), but I find it is not effective for that - it is just too thick. Indeed, it says on the product itself that it is intended for use on particularly dry areas, like hands, feet, elbows. In those areas, I find it performs very well. However, I do find it has a very strange smell - almost like turpentine or some other heavy chemical. Not at all like some cheap alcohol or anything, just, an odd smell. That's just me though. I would repurchase this product as a handcream, but not as a body lotion, but I do find the price point a bit high for a handcream. Overall though, it is a good product.
