Recommended Use: Soothing temporary relief from from minor aches and pains associated with sore muscles, strains, joint discomfort, arthritis, and tendonitis.

Why Cold Therapy Works: Constricts local blood vessels and decreases tissue temperature thereby decreasing blood flow and cell metabolism. The reduced metabolism lowers the need for the oxygen and nutrients and slows the rate of cell death. Recommended Dose: Adults and children 2 years of age or older: spray 3-4 times per day. For external use only. Avoid contact with eyes and mucous membranes.
