Well, I am not sure about what some people expected. It is a chickpea milk and flaxseed, nothing else. Just a mild flavor of cinnamon.. one cannot expect it to taste like a dessert. I actually like that it is mild. So I mix it in my pancake recipes, oatmeal and once in a while in a shake... It is a different flavor that's for sure. But almond milk or cashew all have their distinct flavors.. I used to only consume soy because I did not like the other kinds until I became used to them. So it is a very nutritious milk. I would say the most nutritious out there. I wanted to write this so that people don't get discouraged because product does what it promises I guess...

I was responsible for making the pie for thanksgiving dinner last night :) I used the YoFiit drink (cinnamon).. OMG, it worked so well in the pie. It is like using actual milk. Does not make it runny. Wife was happy :).. guests too. I think cinnamon might help consistency but not sure.. So only added nutmeg & ginger as additional spices

Bought the cinnamon just in case the regular wasn't good. Was excited about chickpeas flax; woo, protein omega! Too bad it tastes awful. Had a sip, and a second for good measure.... I'm hoping to salvage it in banana bread, but I'm worried of ruining the whole loaf. Worst tasting dairy-alt I've ever tasted. Nastynasty.

I was surprised at how bad this tasted. It was almost a bitter, plastic flavour, with a bit of cinnamon. Not at all what I expected (and I love chickpeas). I added half a cup to my favourite smoothie (with frozen fruit and vanilla Vega protein) and I could still taste the bitterness from the milk. Would not recommend.

Not tasty enough to be drunk on its own (without Ovaltine, Milo, or some such added), but excellent mixed with other non-dairy beverages, or used in a smoothie.

I actually like it even on its own... quite mild but a little cinnamon taste. I use it more often in smoothies though. My sister did chai latte with it.

Not a nice flavour - love that it has all that protein but not worth ruining our coffee and cereal for. Will not be repurchasing this chickpea mylk.

The taste of the chickpea milk is really strange, it was so bad I had to get rid of it after one sip. Would not recommend.
