Careful if you can't do thicker creams
The cream itself isn't actually thick, and a little goes a long way as well. I like this cream a lot, as I have excoriation(skin picking disorder) and this helps as a way to not pick or a way to calm the skin after picking (or during the fun healing process). However, even after applying a thin layer I do break out in a sweat. Which I have found happens with thicker creams, because they close up the pores (and really with it being a silicon cream it would make sense it would be more sealing than other creams).
Kinda smells like baby powder.

Reeks
I bought this product years ago and found it to be excellent. So glad I ordered this smaller size because it is going in the garbage because the strong fragrance is gross. It reeks of baby powder mixed with cheap perfume. Cannot believe the ratings! Its for sensitive skin and when used on hands results in an overpowering stink that lingers a long time.

Works well but smells terrible
The cream smells like cheap cologne or an off-brand Head and Shoulders. It feels nice on the skin - a little sticky maybe - but I don't recommend it.

Good for diaper rash
My son’s GP recommended this cream for diaper rash. I have been using it for sometime. Works very good.
