FUME-eh Gourmet is a British Columbia-based artisan food brand specializing in small-batch smoked delicacies. Founded by two chefs, Chris and Paula, the brand was born from a single transformative moment - a warm smoked olive tasted at a brew pub in San Francisco - that sparked a passion for bringing bold, smoke-kissed flavours to the gourmet food world. Unable to find smoked olives anywhere on the market, they set out to craft their own, perfecting the process through culinary expertise and plenty of delicious experimentation. Today, FUME-eh Gourmet offers a range of artisan smoked products - from smoked olives and artichokes to tapenades - designed to take charcuterie and everyday cooking to the next level.
