Directions: Adults and children 6 years and older: Take 2 capsules every 4 hours 1 to 3 times a day. For the prevention of motion sickness, take a single capsule at least 30 minutes before departure. Do not exceed 6 capsules a day.
Caution: Do not exceed the recommended dosage. Consult a healthcare practitioner if symptoms persist or worsen. Store between 15°C to 25°C.

Great product
I use this when flying as I get airsick very easily. I need to take regular Gravol (this ginger gravol is not enough), but regular gravol is hard on my stomach. I find that this ginger gravol reduces the side effects of regular Gravol.
