(This review was collected as part of a promotion.) I was lucky to try this shampoo for free and I am glad i did because if I would of purchase it I would of been pretty disappointed .
I used it a couple times and didn't like it because it doesn't live to the expectation .
The pros:
-I love the flower/fresh sent you get when you smell the shampoo from the bottle but not after you wash your hair.
- It has helped so much with my itchy scalp ! I haven't scratched since my second use.
The cons:
- It's called smooth and silky and my hair was very tangled after washing it ( YOU NEED conditionner)
-for the dandruff I didn't notice any changes ( my scalp is dry where my bangs is) and you could still see it .
- After washing my hair I found that my hair smelt a lot like the original shampoo which I don't like ( smells terrific in the bottle)
For the packaging I wish the bottle had a different colour of caps like for example a pink cap for the silk and smooth so you can tell exactly which shampoo you are getting and not have to read the label each time .
Overall I wouldn't purchase this shampoo because I wasn't wowed by it.

3-Action Awesomeness!
(This review was collected as part of a promotion.) First of all, I like having my hair being smooth as it allows me to do my hairstyles with ease. So I decided that the Head and Shoulders Smooth and Silky would be the way to go. As a kid, I have been having problems with dandruff and have tried to get rid of overtime using different methods. For the First time, after using this product, I have seen a great deduction in dandruff due to the awesome 3 action formula that Head and Shoulders has Introduced. Around 1-2 weeks, I already have started seeing differences and my family members have started to see the differences as well. My hair is feeling smooth and much better than before. It feels like I haven't had any problems with Dandruff ever before. The use of this product with the Clinical Solutions proved to be really beneficial to me. I would definitely recommend this product to those on a day to day basis who suffer from flakes and dandruff. This product is a must-try and it sure will help you! Before you get this product, it is important to know which shampoo you would prefer thats about it! Also, it is important to know that it will take time to see the results!

Feeling Fresh and Fragrant
(This review was collected as part of a promotion.) I think Head and Shoulders Smooth and Silky shampoo is a great new product. The size was appealing and I like the caps, they are easy to open and close with wet hands. The Head and Shoulders Smooth and Silky has a perfume-floral fragrance, I am not exactly sure what flower it reminds me of but the scent is pleasant. I did not need very much shampoo to make a lather in my hair. I would definitely recommend using the Head and Shoulders Smooth and Silky conditioner after the shampoo because my hair felt much silkier after using the shampoo and conditioner I'm combination versus using only the shampoo. I suffer from seborrheic dermatitis on my scalp which is a type of exzema and most shampoos leave my head feeling very itchy afterwards. Head and Shoulders Smooth and Silky did not make my scalp itch! I would recommend Head and Shoulders Smooth and Silky to people that have sensitive skin condition. My family members whom do not have skin conditions also enjoyed using Head and Shoulders Smooth and Silky. My hair legitimately felt so soft and fluffy after using Head and Shoulders Smooth and Silky. I will definitely continue using it!

Smooth & Silk
(This review was collected as part of a promotion.) My hair is always frizzy, so controlling the frizziness is my top concern. Also as I grow older, my hair turns from oily to a bit dry, especially once in a while there are these " flakes" showing up on my black hair even right after I wash my hair and that is not cute! My scalp would feel itchy when flakes appear. Whenever this happens, I would go for Head & Shoulders products. Head & Shoulders 3 Action Formula - Smooth & Silky takes care all these issues with my hair. First of all it controls the frizziness of my hair. The hair feels soft and smooth after the wash. The dandruff will go away after a few washes and my scalp is no longer itchy. The shampoo smells good and lathers well. I do recommend using the conditioner after the shampoo because the hair would feel a bit dry if only the shampoo is I used. I am into natural and healthy products. I checked the ingredients of the shampoo/conditioner and there are some ingredients that they can improve. This is the only product on the market I know that can remove dandruff and create silky hair at the same time, I just think by making the product with more natural ingredients will attract a greater amount of customers from the growing organic movement. That being said, Head & Shoulders 3 action formula is great product and performs as advertised.

Fresh Scent, Works Well!

I had the opportunity to try Head & Shoulder's Smooth and Silky shampoo free from BzzAgent and at first glance and first impressions I thought the bottle was very nice, it has a clean and distinctive shape that is instantly recognizable, where if you were going to the store to buy it, the shape of the bottle would make it easy to find! Then opening the bottle and pouring it out I found that the consistency was silky smooth and smelled so nice! It didn't have that medicinal scent to it which was a nice surprise. I used about a toonie sized amount on my palm as I have longer hair and felt it was more than enough to lather my whole head. It lathered up perfectly and it was still very soft to the touch and applied easily and effortlessly. I lathered for about a minute. I then left it in for another few minutes and rinsed. When I got out of the shower I noticed that my hair did not feel super dry as it normally does with my usual brand. I then brushed it out and let it dry. Once it dried I noticed that there was more body to my hair than usual, it smelled amazing and it made my hair soft and found that after using it about three times I found a small difference in the dryness of my scalp. I could see that it had really toned down the amount of dandruff that was on my scalp so I knew it had to be working. I have a few more applications but I believe after using it a few more times I will see more of a difference! So far I am quite impressed with how Head & Shoulder's is really staying true to their promise of keeping your scalp hydrated and flake free! So far I am quite happy with the results. I will try it again in a few days and see what the next application will do!
