I've been using this product for several years and find that it works well. I spread it on any area that's bothering me and it's gone the next day. I put it on at night because it smells so bad. Do not spill any of this on your wooden furniture.

Love!
I recommend this product to everyone that has different ligament/strain pain. I will always have on hand. It's magic in a bottle. I have tired both the gel and liquid - I find the liquid seems to work better for me. It works great for my planter fasciitis pain.
