Helps to prevent urinary tract infections

Recommended Use: When taken for daily use helps prevent (recurrent) urinary tract infections (UTIs) in women. Helps the body’s ability to metabolize nutrients, to produce and repair connective tissue, to maintain normal iron transport and to form red blood cells and in the development and maintenance of bones. Helps to prevent manganese deficiency.

Recommended Dosage: Adults 19 years and older: Two packets one time per day or 1 packet twice per day, depending on condition. Mix well within 1 cup of room temperature liquid (water or unsweetened juice, etc.) immediately before consumption.

Duration of Use: Use for at least 4 weeks to see beneficial effects. Consult your healthcare practitioner for use beyond 3 months.

Cautions and Warnings: Consult a health care practitioner prior to use if you have high blood pressure, glaucoma, and/or overactive bladder syndrome (detrusor instability) or if you have kidney disease/disorder, or if you are on blood thinners, or have a liver disorder, or if you are pregnant or breastfeeding. Consult a health care practitioner if symptoms persist or worsen; or prior to use if you have fever, painful urination (dysuria), spasms or blood in urine, or a history of kidney stones. Keep out of reach of children.
