I just started this one. Used to use a different preg vitamins before. This is highly recommend. Just have to big to swallow. If you can make it smaller or make it a soft gel like it would be perfect.

Easy to take!
My last pregnancy I used Jamieson but stopped because they tasted so bad and they also made me sick.
I started taking these my next pregnancy recommended and glad I did! They are fairly small compared to other brands and no aftertaste. They haven't made me sick either..maybe a touch naseous at night but I'm asleep anyway.
I do not know if it's the pills but I have so much energy so far!

Really easy on the stomach
I had a lot of tummy troubles with prescribed pre-natal vitamins so I switched to Materna - its easy on my stomach and I like that it is only one pill a day.
