I use this magnesium every night before bed to help relax my muscles and keep me regular. I found this to be the best one out there other than liquid form which I don't like the taste and find a bother to take.

Consistently good results using this product. Great for stress, sleep, relaxation, tension, and general magnesium deficiencies. Very well absorbed compared to other forms of magnesium. Highly recommend.
