The iron in this complex comes in a form that is easier for many to
absorb. It is a chelated form of iron with two molecules of the amino
acid glycine attached to an iron. This novel type of iron has a higher
absorption rate and is absorbed by the cells of the small intestine
without the usual irritation and constipation of other forms. The
Orange Naturals Iron Complex is enhanced with vitamin C, B6, B12 and
folic acid. In addition, the important minerals magnesium and copper
have been added. These two minerals are necessary co-factors which help
in the absorption and assimilation of iron for the production of
healthy red blood cells.
Recommended Use: Helps to form red blood cells and prevent iron deficiency anaemia.
Directions: Adults: take 1-2 capsules per day with food. Take a few hours before or after taking other medications.
Caution: Keep out of reach of children. There is enough iron in this package to seriously harm a child. May cause constipation, diarrhea, or vomiting.

Big fan!
I'm really impressed with this iron supplement. Not only does the Vitamin C increase absorption, but the iron is super gentle- none of those uncomfortable gastro-symptoms that are common with iron.
I also really like that these are capsules and not tablets...commercial iron tablets tend to have really high levels of dyes and additives, but with these capsules, it's simple and effective!
I would highly recommend!

Excellent!
This iron supplement is amazing! I was really dizzy and tired a lot of the time before taking this. My blood work came back as low iron. After taking this for a few months I no longer get dizzy and have energy back! It doesn't bother me stomach at all. Very easy to absorb.

Best iron supplement I've tried!
