Orgaid started in a small bedroom in Illinois, with a vision to provide the best skin care products with organic ingredients. The founder, Dr. Baek, PhD majored in biomaterials and has spent his life researching how to effectively deliver therapeutic natural ingredients into the human body using diverse biomaterial systems. In the early days of Orgaid, he remodeled his bedroom into a laboratory to create efficient organic skincare based on his research.

Orgaid has developed the first sheet mask made in USA with a scientific formula composed of high-quality organic ingredients. Sheet masks give enough time for the ingredients to be absorbed deeper into skin than traditional masks or serums. However, the quality of most sheet masks do not meet North American consumers' needs. They also often use irritating ingredients such as parabens, fragrance and phenoxyethanol.
