Great product
Healthy all-natural product you can feel good about taking while pregnant/breastfeeding. Only 4 stars because if a capsule breaks then a strong fishy smell/taste takes over the rest of the bottle (this has only happened once during shipping).

Only good things to say
Great to find a once-a-day prenatal that's made in Canada, approved by the Canadian Society of Obstetricians and Gynecologists. Really happy that it has fish oil included but no fishy burbs or aftertaste. Iron seems very absorbable as I haven't had any negative disgestive issues since starting this.

Prepping for pregnancy
I have been taking these for 10 months now. As long as nothing breaks they are super easy to digest and don’t taste like fish at all. I also got pregnant with twins on them so that’s cool.
