These are excellent. We use them for our turkey burgers. I just use half at a time so that we don't have too much bread. We cut them in half crosswise and toast them first. They are much better when toasted. I don't follow the directions exactly. I put them cut side up into a cold oven and turn my oven on to broil so the heat comes from the top and the bottom. They should stay in for a minute or two but WATCH them so they don't burn. They really are superb.

Great texture & flavour
I am so happy to have found this brand as they are some of the best GF products I've been able to find. These buns themselves have great texture and flavour - my husband (who can eat 'the real stuff') was even fooled and thought they weren't GF!

Great bread replacement
Having recently become celiac at 77, trying to find acceptable replacements for lifelong products has certainly been challenging, especially bread!! These buns are as close to the bread products I’ve always loved and enjoyed as any we’ve tried.

The best gluten free rolls available in Canada!
I absolutely love these rolls. They are the only ones I will eat untoasted and make the best sandwiches. For years I just didn't eat sandwiches, but thanks to Schar I can now enjoy delicious ham sandwiches at the summit when I go hiking!

Yummy little bun!
I love bread, so any form that comes gluten free I get so excited about. These are great little buns for a small sandwich, or with soup. Stays pretty intact for gluten free, and vegan as well; win-win!
