Good quality but stinks
This seems like a good quality supplement, small and easy to swallow. I take it to support my thyroid but whew does it smell bad. Kind of makes me gag but I suppose that likely means it's very potent and therefore a better product. I hope. Ha!

Terrible smell
This has the worst smell of any vitamin or mineral I've ever encountered. I threw the little peel-off liner cap in the garbage and it fouled my entire kitchen and had to be taken outside. I've purchased other selenium capsules that have no smell at all, and I'll stick to those. I wonder if some people just react differently to this sulphur smell.
