Seems to work!
My naturopath recommended I take this along side Omaga-3 (DHA+EPA) to restore my skin barrier (I have had chronic skin problems for over 10 years). Honestly, this product tastes like old grandma lipstick, but if you take it fast and chase with orange juice it's not so bad!

It helps lessen my eczema
I have been taking this product for years and it really helps reduce my eczema flares. It has also helped my overall skin hydration.

Definitely not the greatest taste..but beauty is pain.
It’s best to take this is a glass of juice to mask the taste or in yogurt, but you do see a difference in your skin.
