Recommended Dosage: Use before meals. Shake well before use.

• Adults: Take 10 mL (2 tsp), 3 times daily.

• Children (9 - 13 years): Take 5 mL (1 tsp), 3 times daily.
  
• Children (4 - 8 years): Take 5 mL (1 tsp), 2 times daily.
