This is a highlight pencil for creating precise or soft highlights across skin tones.
LUSTRO is a cool-champagne, satin-pearl. ORO is a warm-champagne, satin-pearl.
This fine-tip highlighting pencil allows you to create both a precise or diffused highlight anywhere on the face. Line lids to bring brightness to the eyes, use on brow bone, cupids bow, or high-points of cheeks for glow effect, or use on top of any lip colour for added lustre. The champagne pearl pigment is designed to create radiance across skin tones.
Directions: Apply colour to desired area - inner corner of eyes, along lash line, brow bone, cupid's bow, or elsewhere. Draw on and blend out with brush or fingers for a highlight effect.
