Adrien Gagnon Magnesium Liquid is a catalyst in the utilization of carbohydrates, fats and proteins. It plays a role in the acidobasic equilibrium and promotes absorption and use of calcium, phosphorus, sodium and potassium. It promotes functioning of the nerves and muscles.

- Children from 1 to 8 years old: 1 teaspoonful (5mL) at breakfast and 1 teaspoonful (5mL) at supper.
- Children from 9 to 18 years old: 2 teaspoonfuls (10mL) at breakfast and 2 teaspoonfuls (10mL) at supper.
- Adults: 2 teaspoonsfuls (10mL) at breakfast and 3 teaspoonfuls (15mL) at supper. (to be taken pure or with water or fruit juice).
