Rated 5 out of 5 by from An extremely satisfying shake, with a very reasonable sugar and caloric content for those who are watching their intake - especially handy for disabled people depending on liquid diets and after a unique choice of beverage! I am a person on a liquid diet, and so always trying to find liquid nutrition products that have both a satisfying texture and flavour (because it's been very hard to give up all the things I used to love eating!). This particular flavour of Alani is my top favourite, and it is practically impossible to find outside of Well, so I was so happy to find it here! A lot of protein products can come with an unpleasant aftertaste, but this shake has no burning type of harsh taste, is relatively low in sugar and has a nice creamy texture to it - all around, extremely satisfying! For the amount of liquid in the bottle and the protein content in the shake, the calorie content is very reasonable, as well. I only wish that Well sold them by the case!
