Directions: For a wide-eyed look, line the outer third of your eyes only. For a smoky-eye look, use a brush, cotton swab, or a finger to smudge and diffuse the eyeliner immediately after running it along your upper and lower lash lines. For classic cat eyes, extend the outer corners into feline flicks. Thicken the line by going over it a few times, especially at the outer edges.
