Great soup if looking for a low sodium option. There are not many options for truly low sodium out there. Yes it is a little bland. We add worcestershire sauce which is very low in sodium or a bit of franks hot sauce.

Excellent low sodium soup. Yes it is a little bland but if you are going to add back sodium then why buy it? We add worcestershire sauce which is low in sodium or no salt spice mixes like mrs dash or pc. Low sodium soups are hard to find. And organic does not always mean low sodium. An alternative for those looking for low sodium is Costco Kirkland organic low sodium chicken broth...2% sodium per l cup then add veggies and pasta and tomato sauce.

Bland and Tasteless Until I Did This
This tasted pretty good AFTER I added back in the salt they removed AND drizzled a bit of really good extra virgin olive oil on it AND grated fresh parmesan cheese on top. Otherwise, it was very bland and tasteless.

Works With a Hint of Added Salt.
A good alternative to the regular recipe. I find Amy’s soups too salty, so I purchase the reduced sodium versions and add a hint of salt. It works for me. Otherwise, yes, the Light in Sodium soups do taste pretty bland, indeed.

Great Low Salt Soups
Amy's soups are very hearty and the low salt ones are excellent. I am on a low salt diet so this is great for me and my husband likes it as well.
