This has a strange taste - almost a bitter aftertaste? hard to describe - that I can't put my finger on. I don't know if it's because the spinach seems to have melted into the soup - I couldn't find any discernible spinach in this soups - just teeny-tiny specs of green that I assume were spinach. Or if the strange taste is the spices used? I don't know but this does not taste good to me at all. I can't taste any of the different vegetables, all I taste is a weirdness I can't describe or pin-point.

Delish with a side of sourdough!!
Delicious! I have been on the look out for a yummy tasting soup, and this one hits the spot! Most vegetable soups have gluten, this one does not. It is extremely wonderful with a side of sourdough!
