Helped my emotional issues
I have been taking Fem Calm everyday for the past two menstrual cycles for my PMS which had been creeping into PMDD territory over the past couple years. Symptoms that I was hoping to alleviate were negative emotions that led to downward spirals. I am convinced yoga was helping me with this, but due to physical limitations, not everyone is able to commit to a regular practice of any sort. Fem Calm helps me significantly, to the point where my moods are stable throughout my cycle. One side effect that I've experienced (I'm assuming due to the Chasteberry) is a complete lack of drive for physical intimacy. Of course there are other external factors to consider, but the historical use of Chasteberry and the name itself makes me pause. It also makes me entertain the idea of an ascetic life, particularly in these times, and whether this herb would help facilitate a monastic dream of mine ha. I haven't read any conclusive scientific reports on this issue, and I have a feeling it affects each person differently. I have a re-brand suggestion - changing the name to Relaxafem.
