The cleaning solution is 5/5. But the design of the packaging for the "bulk to go" gets 1/5. Reasons are: width of spout where the cleaning solution comes out is not small enough to prevent spilling; cleaning solution comes out in erratic motion, leading to further spillage; outer cardboard box is very flimsy and thin; plastic bag that house the cleaning solution is very flimsy as well. The design of the packaging doesn't reflect any understanding at all about the size of the refillable spray bottle or functionality of a bulk product that is required to ensure successful transfer of bulk items into refillable containers without spillage. The concept of "bulk to go" is commendable but the design is an absolute fail.

I use this all purpose cleaner everywhere: kitchen, bathroom, anywhere with a mess. It doesn't smell too much and do a good cleanup job. I was really happy to finally being able to buy a bulk format because it's much more economical and planet friendly!

Such a great cleaner
I was looking for a product with less packaging as I am trying to reduce my use of plastic bottles. The box sits on a shelf and I refill easily or straight into the bucket for cleaning floors. The Citrus scent is very pleasant.
