Heating element defective
Love the concept and way this is supposed to work but today, my sterilizer's heating element wouldn't turn off. It just stayed on after a sterilizing cycle. It must have stayed hot for a few hours since we had run the cycle over night. Even after pushing the power button on the front of the machine and there were no lights on the screen and no indication that it was on, but the heating element was definitely on. Only after unplugging the whole unit did it seem to cool down. But then after plugging it back in (again not yet touching any buttons), the heating element would audibly click and begin to heat up again. Definitely dangerous. I know I bought this second hand but still, this is unacceptable and hopefully can be addressed.

Brown build up
It seems to steam and dry well but the bottom always has a brownish build up that I have to wipe clean every time. I’m worried if it’s safe. I clean everything perfectly before putting it in the sterilizer so it’s not milk. The plate has buildup on it that won’t come off. I’ve used this for 4 weeks.

It's easy to use I suppose
My main complaint is the buttons just fell off. I started having trouble making them work at about 6 months, then one day I just heard the button fall off behind the front panel. So now I can't use it. Just as the newborn arrives. And it's now just outside the 1 year warranty by a month.

Bad design
Not worth it.. needs cleaning after every use. Runs out of water to quick and burns the plate leaving residue on the bottles needing to be washed again. Can't be more sterile than washing with regular soap and water.

Works perfect. Read the instructions.
Amazing product! Just make sure you use distilled water. Dries so fast. I can clean a million parts and have dry within a hour. Love it. Wouldn't live without.

Faulty buttons
3.5 weeks and the on/off button is already not working. When the machine was working, loved it. But very disappointing to have the buttons jammed already.

Received as a gift, and have had ongoing issues with it leaking. Customer Service is terrible.
