Very Hard :(
Purchased from Well.ca and got it hoping it would be soft but it is very hard. I am disappointed with this product.

Super comfy & supportive
This is a generous sized pillow that my baby enjoys. It's supportive and I don't need to slouch that I have with other pillows. Love mine.
