My sister recommended this product to help me sleep better because she says it works for her. It did nothing for me. I can' recommend it.

It works and I do not believe in homeopathic remedies!
I have done a lot of research on homeopathic remedies and don't believe they can work. Honestly they are just a cash grab for people desperate for a solution. I was seriously struggling with sleep and stress a few years back and a friend of mine suggested this product. I was trying everything, so why not? When I go to bed, my brain won't shut down, my mind races which sometimes makes me anxious so I cannot sleep and then I have a fitful sleep with stressful dreams. When I take Bach Night Remedy, my brain calms, I sleep better and I don't have a night full of stressful dreams. It works and I am not a believer. I do have a whole night time ritual of products I take to help me sleep as it is something I have been struggling with for over a decade. I take 10mg melatonin, magnesium, THC/CBD/CBN gummies, and B12, so I am not using this product on its own. But when I run out, I notice I cannot shut my brain down as well and I have lots of stress dreams. Is it a placebo effect? Could be, but it works for me.

Not Effective in Aiding Sleep
Tried this night spray with no effective results. It also left a weird taste on my tongue the next morning. Cannot recommend.

Will this help with sleep jerks...your drifting off to sleep but you jerk your head up and disrupts falling asleep???????
