A perfect before bed acne killer. It helps eradicate non-complicated acne spots. I say "before bed" because sometimes it does leave a whitish residue on the skin.

Unless you are applying it immediately on damp skin it's a little thick to spread, but that's the only minor complaint I have with this product. Like benzoyl peroxide products, it will bleach clothing/fabric if you don't wash your hands after applying, and I find it drying so I do have to put on a moisturizer after using this, but I really like this the most of all the BP-based acne products I've used.

This is excellent for spot treatment of stubborn inflamed acne. I use it regularly with a touch of moisturizer, since it is too strong for my skin to use alone. But that being said, I haven't found any other OTC product that addresses the painful spots that come up.

Works just as good as a prescribed version of this, This one only stings more - which i like. I believe it helps and i get zits all the time and it does help maintain them

I have had mild to moderate acne for over 10 years and still use the prescription medication Differin (regular strength) every night. Three years ago, I switched from also using a prescription topical antibiotic (Dalacin T) to this, and I find it to be similarly effective. I use one quarter to one third of a pea-sized amount of this cream every morning and night (along with the Differin at night). It is drying, and as I get older this becomes more of a problem, but my skin is pretty oily and seems to have somewhat adapted over years of using drying acne products.

I like the lightweight formula. I would get "hormonal" breakout once a month. I've used this for the past month and so far very minimal break out. I'm actually impressed. I have used many BP ointments and so far this one is very good.

I was desperately searching for something to help my persistent hormonal acne, and based on some research and reviews, I decided to try benzoyl peroxide. It really does work - it shrinks most spots (even big cystic ones). The only downside is that it's terribly drying. I can't use it every night because it turns my face into a rough, flaky mess with continuous use. It can also be extremely itchy and irritating as it dries. There are pros and cons; it's definitely not a miracle cream.

I have tried many acne lotions and this comes second in preference. It clears up the acne in about a 2-3 weeks. I have to agree it IS the first choice as my other choice has been discontinued. Keeps my skin clear and even. I knock off a star for having a tight and sticky feeling. But it is a wonderful product; I hope it will continue to be stock for a long time.

This is effective -generously sizes, absorbs and leaves skin dry to the touch, and works better and costs less than several bug brands
