I wanted to use this as an after shower body oil, but the mineal oil in it gives me body acne. I was suprised meneral oil was so high on the ingredients list.. the name made me think it was plant based. Petrol by-product based oil is off putting to say the least.

Amazing if you aggressively massage in and are consistent in use
My mom and I suffer from keloid scars. For anyone who knows, these are brutal to have. They continue to grow and itch like mad. They can also cause a lot of pain, especially when they're older, like both of my (20+ year old scar) and my mom's (40+ year old scars). We used to have to do steroid injections every few months to every 6 months. That's obviously not ideal and we didn't want to have to have injections for the rest of our lives. We tried bio oil and it's made a huge difference. The scars have become more subtle and do not itch as badly as before. My scars only have minor itching and no pain. My mom's itches much less and is much less painful, but still has some. The key is to make sure to aggressively massage the oil into the scar to break down the scar tissue and ensure that the oil gets absorbed in. I massage in the oil for at least 30 seconds every single day after my shower. I've been doing this for a year now, and I've finally found relief. Highly recommend. But you have to keep at it and you have to be consistent.

Great product, good size
Are use this to rub all over my belly during pregnancy, and there’s bigger size bottle is great because it does run out quickly!
