BioGaia Gastrus Pure Action is the only FODMAP-friendly probiotic containing two distinct and patented Limosilactobacillus reuteri strains (DSM 17938 and ATCC PTA 6475), clinically shown to survive gastric transit and colonize the gut to support gastrointestinal health.
Recommended Dosage: Adults: 1 capsule, 1-2 times per day. For IBS/ abdominal symptoms and regularity, take 2 capsules per day. Take at least 2-3 hours before or after antibiotics.
Caution: Consult a health care professional prior to use if you have fever, vomiting, bloody diarrhea, or severe abdominal pain. Stop use and consult a health care professional if digestive symptoms (e.g., diarrhea) occur, worsen, or persist beyond 3 days.
