Pizza dough perfection
Best flour for pizza dough. I make New York style pizza and there is no other flour for making the best New York style pizza dough. I mix this with 00 and whole wheat and the the dough stretches perfectly without tearing. Well.ca ships it quickly.

It's hard to find this product in stores
While other Bob's Red Mill flours are widely available, this high gluten flour is hard to find—so I'm grateful to Well.ca for carrying it. I use it to make pretzels, focaccia, dumpling wrappers, steamed bun dough,udon etc :)
