Excellent flour
This is the best GF flour for biscuits and pancakes. It does have chickpea flour which gives it a heavier texture that works well. If you need a more neutral flavour use the 1 to 1 one blend that is white rice flour based. I keep both in the pantry at all times. Best quality, flavour and results.
