I use this primarily for buckwheat porridge/pudding from Oh She Glows, and it is delicious and the quality is very consistent. It is important to me that the grains be North American and the organic designation is even better.

Poland is eastern europe also
packaging - the package claims to be the grain of eastern Europe. In the image on the front - Poland is excluded from the illustration of Eastern Europe. Why? Buckwheat is very much part of Polish cuisine.
Kind of insulting to exclude us.
