Trust Bob’s Red Mill
This is one of the best paleo/grain free pancake/waffle mixes I’ve tried! But then it is Bob’s Red Mill. You can always trust the brand.
It’s a great alternative for paleo, keto or just watching your carb consumption.
Now I don’t miss out on weekend family breakfasts!
Quick tip…I make extra on the weekend for the week and freeze them. Just separate with parchment paper, put in a Ziplock and freeze. Toast lightly in your toaster for a quick weekday breakfast.
