Quickly becoming a necessity!
As someone who is making more homemade hot sauces (from peppers grown in my garden), by xanthan gum was a necessity. Bob’s Red Mill works perfectly to give them a great consistency. And the satay peanut sauce we made recently went from too runny to perfect with Bob’s.
