BOOST Nutritional Vanilla Powder Instant Breakfast Drink Mix Vanilla
(880 g) is a delicious, convenient and nutritious drink to help you be
at your best in the morning. Adding just one cup of whole milk provides
15 g of protein, 3 g of fibre, and 16 essential vitamins & minerals
including an excellent source of calcium (per 280 ml serving). With 22
servings per 880 g canister, it's also perfect for blending with your
favourite smoothie or adding to your favourite breakfast recipe.
Directions: Add 1/3 cup (40g) of powder into a large glass. Stir in 8 oz. (250mL) of cold milk and enjoy!
Prepared servings should be tightly covered, refrigerated and consumed within 24 hours. Store in a cool, dry place. Use within 4 weeks of opening.

Not too sweet, quick supplement for long and busy days.
Ran out of a similar drink from Carnation and couldn't find it online at a price that made sense. Found this pretty fairly priced and nutritionally equivalent. Tastes a bit better, I would say, and dissolves great in even cold liquids! Definitely a good supplement to my morning oats or to have between meals when I have a long day. Also tastes good when mixed with my chia seed pudding, when I need extra fibre!
