Recommended Dosage: 40 drops (2 mL) taken 3 times per day. Take the drops directly under the tongue, or add to your favourite beverage, sipping slowly and pairing with a deep, mindful breath. Best taken right before your daily 10-minute meditation.

Medicinal Ingredients: Kava root extract (Piper methysticum) 1.3 equivalent to 660mg per serving. Each 20 drops (1ml) contain 330mg dry herb equivalent.

Consumption with alcohol or anti-convulsants is not recommended. Excessive use, or use with products that cause drowsiness, may impair your ability to operate a vehicle or use heavy machinery. Discontinue use and consult a heath care practitioner if you develop symptoms that may signal liver problems (E.g unexplained fatigue, abdominal pain, fever, vomiting, dark urine, yellow eyes or skin). Contra-Indications: Do not take if you have liver disease or suffer from alcoholism. Do not use if you suffer from endogenous depression. Do not use if you are pregnant or breastfeeding. Known Adverse Reactions: May cause gastrointestinal complaints or vivid dreams. Hypersensitivity, ie. Allergy, is known to occur, in which case discontinue use. Extended continuous use may cause a temporary yellowing of the skin, hair, and nails; if this occurs, discontinue use and consult a health care practitioner.
