Love this DVD!! Its always hard to get your body back in shape after having a baby and this DVD really targets the area's that need toning. I have used it a couple times and really enjoy how fast pased it is, really gets your heart rate going. Between this and walking i find it a great workout!!

This DVD is great. The three segments gives you the option to do a short workout, or combine for a longer workout. I'm not sure why it is called a 'kit', as it does only contain the one DVD. The tummy toners and ab stretches at the end is still cardio, and I thought it had more of a yoga component to it, which it does not. However, I am excited to use it more and more :)
