This sugar is really excellent, & helps make the most delicious golden brown chocolate chip cookies ever! Big bonus that it's fair trade, organic, & Canadian, made by great folks just down the road in Ottawa. We're very addicted & happy to be able to support such a great company!

I love this sugar
I use to buy this sugar all the time from my local grocery store and was really disappointed when the stopped selling it. I’m so glad I can purchase it from here. It has excellent flavour and is our top sweetener for baking.

Rich, deep, complex and indulgent sugar.
It's perfect. The molasses flavor is amazing without being overpowering. The texture is slightly grainy but melts instantly it hits the mouth, it's so satisfying. I love adding it to my oatmeal and coffee.

Canadian company in the Fairtrade industry
I tried this brown sugar in ny recipes and the flavour is more bold. I love using it in baked beans and apple crisp. The sugar has a rich molasses flavour which was excellent for homemade baked beans! We use it in our coffee as well!
