Within the first few weeks, I started to notice a difference not just with my injured knee but all my joints. Due to my previous years of playing sports and some unfortunate injuries over the years, my knees, ankles and shoulders tend to hurt more than one would like. A few weeks after starting this Collagen, I felt my joints were just not as "cracky" and felt more lubricated and just stronger, something I can't say about other Collagen products I tried from other companies before.

Along with a steady rehab program, I was able to get back to 95% within a week. This was 3-4x faster than the results I had seen previously with exercise alone.
