Great product!
I've been taking 1 a day for quite some time now. K² is really important stuff for calcium distribution. I am vitamin D deficient and since I can no longer take most tablets or capsules, I look for gelcaps. No cellulose in this product! Very good because I very recently found out I react poorly (which is rare) to the additive/filler. Reducing my daily meds helped also, normally they increase it and then I get very unwell, ongoing for at least a couple of years. Some of the other suppliments by this company do contain methylcellulose or cellulose gum... its derived from wood pulp incase you have tree allergies. I's kinda difficult to find good products. :)

This is a pleasant tasting and functional supplement. D3 and K2 work well together in this balance, and the K2 carries calcium out of the arteries and into the bones and teeth where it is needed. I trust CanPrev to deliver quality in their products

With Osteoporosis you need both these vitamins
I take 2x/day... along with the calcium I need. The K helps the Calcium stay out the tissues ( I hope) and go toward the bones where I need it. Being in a Gel cap helps both Vitamins be absorbed. it may seem expensive and I do have it on my wish list so I can watch for the sales, but it is much less expensive than having bones deteriorate and break!
