Can Prev is my go to for so many minerals and other health supplements. This Mag Glycinate is gentle on the tummy and highly absorable. Effective in crossing the blood brain barrier. This is important if you take magnesium for migraines. I no longer struggle with regular headaches because of regular use of this product. And it helps me manage my anxiety as well. Try it!

Previously I was using magnesium citrate but found that it gave me loose stools, so I switched to this magnesium. I haven't had that problem since switching, so I am satisfied! I also love how this kind is in capsules yet vegan friendly.

I'm happy with the CanPrev Magnesium Bis-Glycinate 200(240 caps). Easy on my Stomach. I take it long term and hope it does good for me. Good Value for the Quantity. Love the Vegicaps. Bought on sale plus an extra promo discount so got a great deal. Regular price is fair though.

My go to magnesium supplement
I started taking this medication about a year ago to see if it would help with my sleep problems. It has made such a difference- no more waking up frequently during the night. I have more energy during the day now that I am sleeping better. I also like that there are Canadian made!!
