Rated 5 out of 5 by from Saved my life . Literally . I started taking this after a few years of being told to take magnesium bisglycinate for headaches and migraines . I had a rough patch starting taking it and it gave me horrible diareah at first , (which magnesium can do when taking too much ) and I had to find the right balance . Took about 3 weeks but it really helps with headaches , and if I accidentally take too much I will get nasty diarrhea right away.
