We all need magnesium
Magnesium L-Threonate is the only form of magnesium that is able to cross the blood brain barrier. I take two of these an hour before bed, and they have assisted me greatly with my sleep. I moved my magnesium glycinate to earlier in the day, and this combination is working very well for me.

bought for the price. seems fine
I don't actually notice a difference when taking magnesium, but I'm low , so I supplement. This version is supposed to be good for sleep/anxiety too so bonus I guess.
